CTO Labs advises Ellerston Capital on growth investment in business software platform Sleek
CTO Labs has supported Ellerston Capital on their investment in business administration, accounting and compliance platform Sleek, acting as Technology, Cybersecurty and AI Due Diligence Advisor.
July 2025: CTO Labs are pleased to have supported leading investment management firm Ellerston Capital on their investment in fast-growing business administration, accounting and compliance platform for small business Sleek, currently taking on market leaders with straight forward products that deliver.
Ellerston Capital is a specialist investment manager with a distinctive approach to portfolio construction and investment selection designed to focus on opportunities that the market may have overlooked. The partnership with Sleek will support further growth and market disruption by the Singapore-based company, currently operating in Australia, Hong Kong, UK and Singapore. Funds also will enable Sleek to fast track AI adoption and through it further disrupt accounting and compliance services with improved accuracy, cost and compliance outcomes for clients.
The investment comes under the Ellerston JAADE Australian Private Assets Fund, focused on later stage growth companies, led by Investment Director Justin Diddams.
CTO Labs acted as Technical Diligence Advisor to Ellerston Capital which included Technology Due Diligence, Cyber Due Diligence and AI Due Diligence. The CTO Labs team worked closely with both the Ellertson and Sleek teams to provide commercially informed, deep technical insight at deal speed, including on performance and scalability, AI readiness and roadblocks, and cybersecurity associated with the Sleek platform.
