Mike is a passionate technologist with more than 25+ years’ exp. in corporate, scale-up and start-up companies, including as CTO in several different settings.

Highly proficient in defining and executing technology strategies and global best-demonstrated practices for software and engineering including agentic AI and automation.

As co-founder and CTO of CTO Labs, Mike plays a lead role in the development and integration of AI-powered solutions, with recent AI due diligence engagements and agentic AI tools within CTO Labs for automated reporting, and to support drive smarter decision-making. His approach is grounded in finding repeatable efficiencies, reducing waste, and leveraging automation to scale impact.

Mike understands that successful teams are built on a foundation of positive culture, behaviours, and architecture, a holistic outlook central to CTO Labs Tech M&A engagements. He has previously held CTO roles across multiple sectors, combining deep proficiency in software engineering with a forward-thinking perspective.
