As a Senior Manager – Advisory at CTO Labs, you will lead the delivery of complex client engagements, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be a trusted advisor to client executives, shaping solutions that link technology strategy to broader business goals.
The role is approximately 70-80% delivery-focused, with the remaining time spent contributing to practice development, business development, brand development and capability building within CTO Labs
Client Delivery & Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and transformation programs.
Own client relationships within engagements, ensuring satisfaction and alignment to agreed outcomes.
Manage teams of 2–5 consultants, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback.
Facilitate executive-level workshops, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.
Oversee engagement governance, including scope management, risk mitigation, and budget tracking.
Strategic & Advisory Contribution
Translate complex business and technology challenges into actionable strategies and roadmaps.
Conduct advanced business, financial, and competitive analysis to inform recommendations.
Integrate people, process, and technology considerations into transformation solutions.
Apply an enterprise and industry lens to solution design.
Practice Development & Business Development
Support pursuit teams in developing proposals, client presentations, and account plans.
Identify and shape new opportunities within existing client relationships.
Mentor managers and senior associates on consulting methods, client engagement, and commercial acumen.
Contribute to the development of proprietary frameworks, tools, and methods.
Collaboration & Culture
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture aligned to CTO Labs’ values.
Share knowledge, lessons learned, and market insights across the firm.
Actively contribute to internal communities of practice.

Required Background
8+ years’ experience in consulting, corporate transformation, or technology advisory.
Track record in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders across business and technology domains.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and shape new opportunities.
Familiarity with enterprise technology operating models and emerging technology trends.
Preferred Background
Experience from a top-tier consulting firm, a corporate transformation program, or as a senior independent consultant in technology advisory.
Exposure to private equity or growth investor contexts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (postgraduate qualifications desirable).
